RATES AND RESERVATIONS
Non-Refundable Rate
To secure your stay, this rate requires full payment at the time of booking. We make sure everything is ready for you from the very first moment.
Flexible Rate
Do your plans change? No problem. Cancel up to 14 days before your arrival and you will receive a full refund, no questions asked.
ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE
Check-in from 3:00 PM
Your room will be spotless and ready to welcome you. If you arrive earlier, we will gladly store your luggage while you enjoy our facilities.
Check-out before 12:00 PM
To prepare your room with all the care the next guest deserves. Need more time? Ask at reception about late check-out availability.
OCCUPANCY AND GUESTS
2 Persons per Room
Our rates are designed for two people. If you are traveling as a group of three, you may add a third guest for an additional nightly charge.

Adults-Only Hotel
Muaré is a sanctuary of peace and wellness designed exclusively for adults — a space to reconnect with yourself without interruptions. Minors are not accepted.

To preserve clean air and the wellbeing of all our guests, smoking inside rooms is strictly prohibited. Designated smoking areas are available.

Day Pass
Share the Muaré experience with whoever you like. The day pass costs $1,000 MXN, of which $700 MXN are redeemable at our restaurant.
Transportation Service
We offer transfers to the beach or airport at an additional cost. Please ask at reception to arrange your transfer in advance.
PETS
Dogs Welcome (upon request)
We know they are family too. We accept up to 1 dog per room, provided it is informed at the time of booking. The pet accommodation fee is $55 USD per night. Dogs only.

The voltage is 110V with American-type outlets, compatible with most North American devices.

All our rates and amounts are expressed in Mexican pesos (MXN).
TAXES AND FEES
Taxes Not Included in Rate
Published rates are subject to an additional 16% VAT and 5% ISH, as required by current tax regulations in Mexico.
Environmental Tax
As part of our commitment to Tulum and its natural surroundings, an environmental fee of $55.75 MXN per room per night is applied, in accordance with local regulations.
