Para asegurar tu estancia, esta tarifa requiere el pago total al momento de la reserva. Nos aseguramos de tenerlo todo listo para ti desde el primer momento.

¿Tus planes pueden cambiar? No hay problema. Cancela hasta 14 días antes de tu llegada y recibirás un reembolso completo, sin preguntas.
LLEGADA Y SALIDA
Check-in a partir de las 3:00 pm
Tu habitación estará impecable y lista para recibirte. Si llegas antes, con gusto guardamos tu equipaje mientras disfrutas de nuestras instalaciones.
Check-out antes de las 12:00 pm
Para preparar tu habitación con todo el cuidado que merece el siguiente huésped. ¿Necesitas más tiempo? Consulta disponibilidad de late check-out en recepción.
OCUPACIÓN Y HUÉSPEDES

Nuestras tarifas están diseñadas para dos personas. Si viajan en trío, pueden agregar un tercer huésped con un cargo adicional por noche.

Hotel solo para adultos
Muaré es un santuario de paz y bienestar pensado exclusivamente para adultos. Un espacio donde reconectar contigo mismo sin interrupciones. No se aceptan menores de edad.

Habitaciones libres de humo

SERVICIOS ADICIONALES
Day Pass
Comparte la experiencia Muaré con quienes quieras. El day pass tiene un costo de $1,000 MXN, de los cuales $700 MXN son consumibles en nuestro restaurante.
Servicio de transporte
Ofrecemos traslado a la playa o al aeropuerto con costo adicional. Pregunta en recepción para coordinar tu traslado con anticipación.
MASCOTAS
Perros bienvenidos (previa solicitud)
Sabemos que ellos también son familia. Aceptamos hasta 1 perro por habitación, siempre que se informe al momento de la reserva. La cuota de alojamiento para tu mascota es de $55 USD por noche. Solo se aceptan perros.
INFORMACIÓN TÉCNICA Y PAGOS
Métodos de pago
Aceptamos tarjeta de crédito y débito (Visa, Mastercard y American Express), así como efectivo.
Voltaje e instalaciones eléctricas
El voltaje es de 110V con enchufes tipo americano, compatibles con la mayoría de dispositivos de América del Norte.

Todas nuestras tarifas y montos están expresados en pesos mexicanos (MXN).
IMPUESTOS Y CARGOS
Impuestos no incluidos en tarifa
A las tarifas publicadas se suman 16% de IVA y 5% de ISH, requeridos por la normativa fiscal vigente en México.
Impuesto ambiental
Como parte de nuestro compromiso con Tulum y su entorno natural, se aplica una cuota ambiental de $55.75 MXN por habitación por noche, conforme a la normativa local.
